Very nice hotel in gangtok. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food, especially snacks are great. Limited options for complementary breakfast, but they are good and tasty. Had a great stay, Thankyou team pinasa. This was booked thru Trip Factory and thanks to them as well.
Value for Money. Humble and polite staff, good food and comfortable stay. Good hygiene was maintained throughout our stay. Room had water heater and bathtub. The area is quite and provided good view of mountains from restaurant and surrounding areas.
My stay at Rufina Pinasa was truly memorable. The hotel offered breathtaking views, excellent facilities, and a level of comfort that made me feel at home. Every moment spent there with my family was special, and I’ll always cherish the memories. Still, the atmosphere more than makes up for it.
We recently stayed at hotel rufina pinasa and it was wonderful stay. Staff was very polite and food served in breakfast was also very good. Location is little far from mg road but staff helped me to get a cab which was very frequently available from hotel. Overall deserves 5 star!
It was a pleasure staying at Rufina Lachung Kunga Hotel. One of the Best stays when in Lachung. Clean rooms, Good Views, Good Food. The staff here is very polite. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay Barman, highly professional and prompt with service. Highly Recommended.
